MasterProgram of Higher Education Management will be established in 2012. It is the first program focusing on the management of higher education in Taiwan. The program aims to increase graduate students knowledge and experience of management of higher education, to promote the professional of staffinuniversities, and to cultivate experts at managerial level which cater to higher education requirements. The program places main focus on a wide range of study domains, involving theories and new issues of higher education, the higher education systems and policies in developing countries, and problems of Taiwan higher education. The future direction of the program is to cultivate talents in order to strengthen the governance of higher education. Besides, the program provides revitalizing opportunities for in-service staff to promote their professional capacities and service quality.
