Following the establishment of the Master’s Program in Early Childhood Education, research on early childhood education related issues was strengthened to enhance the research capabilities of students. In 2011, the department engaged in integration of school’s existing resources and completed integration and merger with Graduate Institute of Early Intervention and the Experimental Center of Early Intervention. After the integration and merger, the department became the only academic institution in Taiwan with early intervention and childhood education expertise.
