Applicants for International Student Admission are advised to carefully follow the requirements below when submitting their TOCFL certificate.

The original PDF file of the TOCFL certificate or score report must be downloaded directly from the TOCFL Registration System. The file must not be merged with other PDF files, re-saved, modified, printed and scanned, or processed in any way that may affect its digital signature.

Any alteration or processing of the original PDF file may invalidate the digital signature and prevent successful verification of the certificate, which may affect the admission review process.

Please ensure that you upload the original PDF file downloaded directly from the TOCFL Registration System to facilitate successful verification.
