In order to achieve administrative computerization, NTCU provides a high-quality and fast service information network. Therefore, please fill in the relevant personal information on the application form.

(1) When NTCU collects the information, personal data will be restored in the school’s database, which will be managed and used by the teaching and administrative units. (2) When an enrollment list is announced, the names of the individuals will appear on the web page.
3. Personal Data Restrictions and Confidentiality:
(1) NTCU uses a variety of different security technologies and procedures to protect applicant’s privacy, such as storing a database of personal information in a secure control area and restricting access. (2) Due to social order and public safety, NTCU will obey the legal procedures of the judicial unit when other judicial units require the system to provide specific personal data. (3) NTCU will not arbitrarily provide any personal data to other groups or individuals unless applicant’s permission or legal requirements.
4. Applicants' self-protection measures:
Please keep your personal information safe and do not provide any personal information to others. After sending and receiving emails, be sure to log out of your account. If you are sharing a computer with someone else or using a public computer, be sure to clear your browser staging information to prevent others from reading your mail or other personal information.
5. Applicants' individual rights:
According to the Personal Data Protection Regulations, you have the right to inquire or update your personal data; if there is wrong with your household registration data, you can apply for correction to the Admissions Committee. The personal information you provide is incomplete or incorrect and affects your rights, you should have to be responsible for you own.
